Healing Affirmation Stickers

These vibrant, purple stickers are the perfect addition to your journal and scrapbook pages, or they can work as great decoration, bringing positivity and colour wherever you choose to use them. 
 
The sheet is A6 size, measuring 10cm x 14.5cm and includes 5 brightly coloured ‘aura’ stickers with 5 different affirmations for positivity. It also includes a purple aura heart sticker. 
 
Neuroscience tells us that what you focus on is what you notice more of. When something negative happens to us, of course it is important to feel all the emotions involved in that experience and not rush ourself through any grief processes. But it is also important to know we can move forwards, to avoid getting stuck in the loop of over identifying with what has happened at the expense of what could happen. 
 
These stickers are a great way to keep your mind and focus on healing and moving forwards. 
 
These stickers have a glossy finish and are very durable and scratch resistant, making them suitable for all surfaces including journal pages, laptops, water bottles etc.
 
They were designed by me and printed in Wales by an independent printer, meaning when you buy you’re supporting local twice over.
