When you begin you will find several pages for things such as vision boards, goals lists and a letter to your future self. Everything is set up to get you starting off feeling inspired and prepared to give you the best chance of accomplishing your big goals.
In every month you will find habit and mood trackers specially designed to keep you motivated, no boring repetitive boxes here! Filling in these trackers means you will be bringing colour and life to a bigger illustration, which creates dopamine and keeps you on track to establish those habits you've always wanted to build.
There is also a goal setting page, reflection page, space for your favourite picture, and a spare page in every single month, and of course colourings in every weekly spread! These are here to allow you to slow down and take in everything that happens throughout the year, instead of having it all fly by.
The cover of this journal is a gorgeous yellow colour but features no other decoration. This means you have total creative freedom to crack out the stickers or paints and make it personal to you. It is hardback so you can take it out and about with you and even if it gets bumped around a bit the pages will be protected from damage.
This journal is A4, there have been requests for A5 but this sizing allows plenty of space for writing in your daily boxes and makes the trackers and colourings a decent size so they can easily be coloured without stress. The paper is 100 gsm (thicker than regular printer paper which is 90 gsm) so perfect for the use of felt tip pens and coloured pencils.
The pages in this journal are undated meaning they can be used in any year. There are a few references to 2026 throughout but all pages will work for any year, so if you're starting a bit later in the year then no need to worry, you can always just use up the first few months at the start of 2027! The only pages that are 2026 specific are the calendars, however if you'd like to continue your journal next year just drop me a message or email and I will send you downloadable pages of all the calendars adjusted for next year so you can print them out and carry on with no hassle.
When you order, your journal will arrive beautifully wrapped in tissue paper with your name personalised on the front of the box and a handwritten thank you card.
